I purchased a Biolab Horizontal Laminar Airflow from them. Fantastic product.

I received great customer service and staff at JHJ is very friendly. Prices of their Canadian made masks are very competitive. Masks are very comfortable and easy to breath. Fluid resistance and I feel safe wearing these masks.

We have been dealing with handicare for quite a while. Handicare products are very well made and professional packaged. Our technicians love installing their stairlifts. Their sales person are also very consistent with their service and follow up. I would recommend handicare to my family and friends.

SMI, I had worked for them prior to moving. The plant floor was always chaos, mainly because of high turn over. But laughter and idol chatter was always heard amongst departments and lines. Since then, there have been some major streamlining of lines a departments. Which is amazing but with that comes more demand and higher numbers. So if you don't have speed to keep up. You may struggle here. Most people complain about how management handles things but please keep in mind they are growing so fast it's hard for management to keep up and keep up with training and turn over of employees who choose not to stay. I wish though management could be flat out honest. ( Example) 2 years ago lockers were put in place. There wasn't enough room for all to have one. Fast forward to today. There still isn't enough room for all to have lockers. Instead of saying your working on it. Just be honest and tell the staff. Sorry we have grown too large for our current building and there isn't enough lockers for everyone. Plain and simple and then they won't be looked upon as doing nothing or not getting this done in a timely manner . It's not perfect but some issues can be handled and delt with just with simple honesty and will keep employees from clogging HR and constantly asking repeated questions.All in all. If you can go to work and keep your head out of the political aspects do so. If not please don't waste people's time in training.

I love love Sharplight Technologies. My clients are getting amazing results with the machine and the level of customer service is just beyond exceptional. From my training with Sue who is extremely knowledgeable and approachable to customer service and tech support experience with Hailey and Andrew, the whole journey has been amazing. Andrew and Hailey are amazing at what they do and will resolve any issues you have within less than a day. You are never left alone if you choose to buy a machine from sharplight :)

My sharplight machine is incredible. My sharpcare representative Hailey is great.My last hand piece was back ordered for 10 months, Hailey was the only representative that responded in a timely manner during the whole endeavour.

Quiet administrative place,however it's hard to get there by bus.

Everyone at this company is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is there to greet you and she is so kind and welcoming. Michelle on the sales team is super sweet and is always available to chat whenever I have any questions or concerns and she helped me choose what works best for my business and the return has been amazing. Su from the training team is absolutely phenomenal, she is so knowledgeable and always has a solution for everything. My customers love their results and keep coming back for more. Extremely upsetting experience. An expensive lift chair was on order, with a sizeable non-refundable deposit required. We knew there would be a delay. However, as health declined we contacted the store to see if there was a build date on the horizon.At every call, we were assured that “Ashley” would email the company for information and “would get back to us”. It did not happen after any of the calls - not even the courtesy of a callback to say she didn’t have any new information.Finally, when I called to cancel the order, I got to speak to “Ashley” in person. She was abrupt, aggressively defensive of their company policy and in short, rude.I understand completely the current business atmosphere and the frustration of not being able to provide your customers with their orders in a timely fashion.But this store at no level offered similar understanding of their customers’ equal frustration. They were simply cold, distant, and self-protective.There are other wonderful outlets for mobility needs in Saskatoon. Go to them.
